  Interior windows and seal cleaned, interior of oven and refrigerator, thorough dusting. Recommended if home not professionally cleaned in past 3 mos.

• Move in/out cleaning * $140.00

  Deep clean that includes cleaning inside of empty cabinets, inside of empty closets, inside of oven and refrigerator, thorough dusting.

• Post Construction Cleaning * $175.00

  Deep clean that removes the dust and mess that comes with a renovation, remodel, or new construction.

• Cleaning inside of refrigerator * $35.00

  Refrigerator and freezer emptied and cleaned.

• Cleaning inside of oven * $35.00

  Inside of oven and broiler deep cleaned.

• Cleaning inside of cabinets * $35.00

  Cabinets emptied and cleaned.

• Additional half bathroom * $30.00

  1/2 bath does not include tub/shower.

• Additional full bathroom * $35.00

  Full bath deep cleaned.

• Basement cleaning * $75.00

  Basement deep cleaned.

• Attic cleaning * $75.00

  Attic deep cleaned.

• Load of laundry * $25.00

  Load of laundry clean and folded. Must have own washer/dryer and provide detergent, softener, and coins/laundry card.

• Pet hair * $45.00

  Additional fee added for removing hair of shedding pets.
